I used to get lash extensions and it just wasn’t for me. I found lashify and love them. It can be a little pricy to start. I am very disappointed in the 60% price increase that has taken place recently. I got a year membership for $60 in October and now it is $100 with decreased benefits. The gossomers were 50% off at $10/pak and now they are $17/pak. Guess I’m going to have to find a different product. 😡

Fabulous. I am certain that anyone that left negative reviews either didn't review their return policy OR tried it once and didn't give it another shot. It took me a few tries to get application down but I had patience and now I wear them for 7 days! I will continue to purchase from this company 100%!!!! Their customer service team is reasonable and so helpful. There is a ton of great videos on their website if you need help applying as well.

One star earned for introducing me to segmented lashes for under lash application. I payed a boatload for my first order, like insane amounts when all I got was an applicator that cost $65 ($1.20 on Ali express). Glue, seal and glass. Plus some few lashes.

While the lashes back then was soft and natural and extremely fragile, they were beautiful, but nowhere near worth the cost. Over $12 for lashes that lasts three days and can not be reused, as they break if you rinse them, is greedy.

The wand ($65) that the CEO Lotti raves about so much, is a non fit for probably 80% of customers. It probably fit her, and that is all that counts. The same wand with silicon tips and spare silicon tips are available on Ali express for a dollar. Everything she sells can be bought from Ali express for cents, but without the Lashify name printed on them.

It did not take long before I turned elsewhere for lashes. I had ordered too long lashes from Lashify, they reached over my eyebrows, because that was what I was recommended by them, but I could not send them back or get a refund. I turned to Ali express and the multitude of segmented lashes they have there and those are just as good looking but much higher quality. For cents…

Lashify Facebook is run a bit like a dictator was the CEO. You can ONLY use positive adverbs and adjectives, you must like every post and if you must lie to stay positive, you have to. CEO likes to show off her riches and talk about how much a genius she is, and how everyone stole her idea. If you come with concerns about a product failure, like lashes ripping apart, the glue clogging and hardening in the tube so 70% is wasted when you have to throw it away, you are banned, deleted and executed and being told it’s your own mistake. Lotti reguses to hear all those complaints and therefore also a possibility to become better. It’s sad when a the ego is bigger than the brain.

When multiple customers have the same complaint it is not the customers fault but the product, but Lotti refuses to admit she can be wrong, she regards most customers to be quite stupid and within the safety of her own home I’m certain she tells herself how gullible we are as well, buying 30 cent lashes for $13 dollars!

She has her hard core circle of followers that worship her and the ground she walks on, they are as bad as she is, but she has lost thousands to more affordable lashes. It has become a lash brand for the wealthiest and the dumbest. I prefer lashes that last longer, that I can reuse or are so affordable that I can throw them away.

Stay away unless you have too much time and money.

HEAD OVER TO LILAC STREET LADIES!! DO NOT BUY LASHIFY LASHES. I purchased lashes from the plus collection on their website seeing that all of the lashes and plus collection are very light and undetectable. The ones that I received are a very dense, rigid plastic, that was nearly impossible to keep on my eyes. Whenever you flick them with your finger, they make a loud noise. They were so uncomfortable and stiff that I had them on for about 3 minutes. I reached out to the company to let them know that I have used many of their products and these ones were just an absolute mess. Customer service offered a promo code that was less than other promo codes available online. Now I am out $85 and had to throw away three sets of gossamer’s. What a waste. I would absolutely suggest going to Lilac Street! Their lashes are way more affordable, undetectable on your lashes, and have better customer service!!

Terrible customer service.

I placed an order, then immediately (as soon as I clicked order) emailed the company and said I would like to add an item to my order. I would have cancelled the order and then placed it again but there was no way to "cancel" the order. The customer service team wasn't available until the following day. When they got back to me, they said there was no way to "add" anything to the order. They offered to cancel the order, and then I could place it again BUT I had placed the order with a 20% off code and I was informed if they cancelled the order, I wouldn't receive the code as it was only available the day before when I originally placed the order. When I replied and explained the situation that I didn't want to place a second order with out the first one being cancelled, which is why I waited for a response, they still said there was nothing they could do.

I have ordered from Blinkifly and their customer service has been nothing but WONDERFUL! I encourage lash customers to look there instead.

Where to even start? I started buying Lashify years ago cause the product used to be good. The glue has become garbage. But mostly the reason i will never buy Lashify again is the CEO and her staff that are incredibly rude. Zero customer service. They’ve recently partnered with a MLM which is extremely problematic for so many reasons. also Canadians were being charged wrongly. The exchange rate had additional money added on and when a number of people asked about the CEO said that Canadians were trying to bankrupt her? It’s wild. Do not recommend, if you’re charged wrong you won’t get your money back. The glue doesn’t even keep the lashes on for days anymore. And it’s extremely expensive

I wish I never bought this product. The bonding liquid made my eyelashes fall out. They will not take a return for refund either. Total scam.

It's so bad. If I knew that you can't return in, I wouldn't buy it. Such a scam. If they were really confident about their products, they would at least guarantee you won't want to return it. These lashes look so good online but it reality a peise of crap. The most fake looking lashes I ever tried. Hella expensive. I waisted $80 for a set that I will never wear. And the sucky part... I can't even get my money back.

Please read negative reviews in this site. They are all true. Problem with Lashify is the company itself. The method is really not novel. Make up artists had been applying little cluster lashes under the lashes for decades. Hardly a novel invention.
All the lawsuits are ridiculous.
What bothers me about the company is their pettiness. If an adhesive is defective I.e leaking all over the place they will not refund or replace. Every product that is broken or defective … too bad. Recently they took away Lashicoin which was a bonus program. If you missed an email you were screwed. Sorry!!!
You can get equally good lashes for a fraction of the price on Alibaba.com. There are companies making super fine lashes with invisible bands. Wheee do you really think lashify lashes come from anyway.
The price of Lashify is really crazy but someone needs to pay for endless advertising and patent litigation. Greed is really a problem here. All original programs have changed in the spur of the moment.
There are work arounds they will save alot of money and give similar ideas not better results. It is worth doing homework.

Return policy horrible. They charge you half for refund. From 160$ the want refund me 80$ And give you store credit. Don’t waste your money. Horrible. I am not happy costumer.

Lashify lashes are nice but costly. The biggest problem with the company is the owner herself. The Lashify Fb page is monitored and will deny any questions that come off negative in the slightest way. If anyone says they have a problem in anyway with the lash system they will automatically be gaslighted. The owner will block people and cancel memberships over the littlest things. The owner also accuses every other lash brand of stealing ideas from her. You often have to read about lawsuits that she files, yet never hear that she actually wins any of them. She obviously is overwhelmed with being a business owner and puts her stress on her consumers. The website and membership is constantly changing and is hard to follow. I can say Kiss Falscara is very similar to Lashify and alot cheaper, you also get more lashes for your buck! I would recommend buying a Lashify application tool and their WL glue forsure. Other than that, I would recommend buying your lashes from another company.

This is so easy and theyre light u cant even tell there on.... its like you went in and got them done but yet u cant feel them at all.....its fast and eash watch the turtorial for your first time on their website... it was great.

This is the only place I was able to write a legit review without them finding a way to gaslight or block my review! Even if you’re buying from them for 2 years they will not give two f**** if something goes wrong with their product. It is always your fault or you’re probably not doing something right. I have been using the same products since I started and they sent me a shipment that chemical burned my lower eyelids when I slept with them on. I tried twice after a healing span and happened again. Tried a few left over lashes from shipment before and no reaction. So it is no doubt the shipment. No sympathy, didn’t believe me, told me to go try some tutorials, didn’t own up to any of it that could be a manufacture issue. That folks is terrible customer service. They do not care about you. If you try to warn anyone on their pages even Facebook communities they will phase you out. Buyer beware!

I knew from the minute I received my first kit I made a mistake. Products over packaged to give the feel of luxury but very little substance. The kit cost $175.00 and instructional video recommends accessories that aren't part of them kit. You receive enough lashes for two applications, applicator (s shaped tweezers), and 2 tubes of glue. The box and packaging probably cost more than the contents,

Additionally, this company is NOT customer centric and when I reached out to them to tell then my eyelashes were falling out they really didn't seem to care. If you want to apply lashed this way there are all kinds of dupes out there that are a fraction of the cost and probably better application.
