It lasted well overall. I went in expecting it to wear out sooner, so I’ll blame myself for underestimating it. Happy with how long it stayed on.

"Way harder to apply than I expected"
I thought these would be simple to put on, but they were super fiddly. The lashes kept sliding around and sticking in the wrong spots, and after way too much time trying to fix them, they still looked messy. I also reached out for help and the email replies felt like they were written by a robot, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. Not worth the stress for me.

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered this late at night, so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive that quickly, but it still got here in about 3 days. The box had maybe a tiny bit of wear, nothing worth caring about, and everything was inside. Overall, super easy delivery and no real complaints.

"Pretty lashes, but comfort was a little iffy"
These lashes do look really once they’re on. Like, they definitely give a nicer finish than the super cheap strip lashes, and they don’t have that overly fake look, which I was happy about.
That said, the comfort was kind of all over the place for me. Some days I barely noticed them, and other days I could feel them poking a bit near the corners, which got annoying after a while.
Overall, I’d say they’re nice if you don’t mind taking your time with them. But for the price, I expected them to feel a little easier to wear and more comfortable overall.

"Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like..."
Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like customer service took a little longer than expected to get back to me. They did eventually help and got things sorted out, but the replies weren’t always super clear or quick. Overall, it was fine, just not the smoothest support experience.
